1 can caramel ice cream topping
2 liters vanilla ice cream
2 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a cookie sheet. To make the cookie, cream butter and sugar together. Add flour, oatmeal, and pecans until combined. Spread and flatten into one large cookie. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool completely.
2. Crumble cookie and spread half of the crumbs into a greased 9 x 13“ pan. Drizzle a third of the caramel sauce on top. Layer with half the ice cream (slice the ice cream and lay on top of crust before spreading. Add the rest of the crumbs, drizzle caramel, cover with ice cream layer. Drizzle remaining sauce on top and cover.
