1 Crust Recipe:

1 1/2 C. Sifted Flour
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
1/2 C. Oil
2 T. Cold Milk

2 Crust Recipe:

2 C. Sifted Flour
1 T. sugar
1 1/4 t. salt
2/3 C. Oil
3 T. Cold Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour into 9" pie pan, add salt and sugar. Add milk to oil and whip with fork. Pour over flour: mix together with fork in pan. Keep flitting low on pan (so it won't burn). Pat with hands.

2 Crust Recipe

Sift flour into 9" pie pan, add salt and sugar. Add milk to oil and whip with fork. Pour over flour; mix together with fork in pan. Take out 1/3 for top. Pat remainder in pan. Sprinkle the 1/3 over top of filling. Extra good, sprinkle nutmeats over top of pie.

For baking heat oven to 400º. Follow directions for filling. For pumpkin pie, I bake at 400º for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 350º until filling is done (30-40) minutes.
