2 - 4 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups peaches

Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle 1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice and 1 Tb butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes .
