Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Farina (1 pound)
4 1/2 cups Semolina (1 pound)
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon Mahlab
2 teaspoons Habet al Baraket (black seed)
2 teaspoons Mazaher (orange blossom water)
2 teaspoons Maward (rose water)
1/4 cup warm milk
9-10 cups cheese butter
1 stick of butter (if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the farina, semolina, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of mahlab. Add the cheese butter and mix very well until the mixture forms a wet, loose dough. Cover and leave the dough on the counter overnight.
The next day, add the black seeds, rose water, and orange blossom water to the dough. Gradually add the warm milk a little at a time, mixing the dough in a mixer or by hand until all the ingredients are well combined into a cohesive dough. If the dough seems too dry or loose, add some melted butter as needed.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll the dough into circles and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool before serving. Enjoy!
