3 c. Flour - don't over measure
2 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Salt
1 c. Butter, room temperature
1 1/4 c. firmly packed Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Sugar
2 eggs
2 t. Vanilla
1 - 12 oz. bag of semi-sweet, or dark, chocolate chips
1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 13x18 sheet pan with parchment paper, spraying the paper with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugars at medium speed for about 2 minutes, and is smooth.

3. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix on low speed until mixed in.

4. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to butter and egg mixture - Do Not Over Mix.

5. Add bag of chocolate chips and stir, no over mixing. Dough will be very thick.

6. Spread thick cookie dough out evenly by dropping spoonfuls on the baking sheet and spread out with greased fingers or rubber spatula. Sprinkle mini chips on top of dough.

7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan. Makes 3-4 dozen bars.
