1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
1 clove garlic minced
3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red beans undrained
2 (6 ounce) tomato paste
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 teaspoons salt

Brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain fat. Stir in rest of ingredients, simmer uncovered.
