3-ounce package strawberry Jello
1 cup boiling water
½ cup sugar
3 Tablespoons ReaLemon or juice of 1 lemon
1 to 1-½ cup whipping cream
1 can pineapple, slightly drained
¼ pound butter
14 graham crackers, crushed
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Jello, water, sugar and lemon juice.
2. Cool until Jello begins to thicken.
3. Whip cream.
4. Whip Jello separately.
5. Add pineapple.
6. Blend cream, Jello mix and pineapple.
7. Make crust of graham crackers and butter.
8. Spread in 9x13-inch pan. (Save a little to sprinkle on top.)
9. Refrigerate.
