2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ cup butter or margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar well. Beat eggs into butter mixture.
Combine bananas, vanilla and sour cream. Gradually add flour mixture to bowl, alternating with banana mixture.
Stir until just moistened. Pour into an 8x8, 9x9 or loaf pan.

Bake 350', 30-40 min.
