1 can evaporated milk 1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix 1 c. margarine, melted 1 c. nuts, chopped
Beat first 7 ingredients together. Put into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture in pan. Pour melted margarine over cake mix and sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a knife comes out clean.
