1 ½ lbs ground beef or turkey (20oz package of Jenno Turkey)
1 medium onion chopped
1 8 oz tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic pressed
1 tsp salt (may substitute garlic salt for fresh garlic and salt)
1 small can of tomatoes - diced or chopped
1 22 oz Brooks chili without beans
3 Tbs chili powder
2 Tbs vinegar

Cook meat and drain. Add in all ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped onion, jalapenos etc.

For extra hot, add Louisiana Hot Sauce.
