2 sticks oleo
1 small jar peanut butter (12 oz)
1 box powder sugar
1 can Angel Flake cocoanut (4 oz)
1 cup ground oats
1/2 lb Graham crackers rolled or ground
1 tbsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 pkg chocolate chips (12 oz)
1/2 bar paraffin or parawax

Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether in a large mixer bowl: oleo, peanut butter, powder sugar, Angel Flake cocoanut, ground oats, Graham crackers, vanilla and salt.
Melt in top of double boiler; chocolate chips and paraffin or parawax.
Shape cookie into any shape desired and dip into chocolate mixture.
Drain each cookie on wax paper.
Let the chocolate set and they are ready to serve or pack.
