2 1/4 cups Bob's Red Mill 1to1 flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl and set aside.Beat butter sugar brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, use one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture and well blended. Stir in chocolate chips andnuts.

Roll dough into balls, about tbsp each. Place 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets/ Bake for 11 - 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes. Move to wire rach to cool completely
