2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
8 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Syrup - cook sugar, syrup and water to a boil. Boil until mixture spins a thread (230º - 235º F on a candy thermometer). Don't stir too much, but watch.

Beat eggs in bowl with mixer. Add syrup slowly. When finished and fluffy, add 1 tsp. vanilla.

Spread on a chocolate cake. Melt 1 square unsweetened chocolate. Pour in lines onto cake icing. Draw a knife through chocolate to decorate.
