1 3oz. pkg sharp cheddar cheese (Cracker Barrel very sharp, red pkg)
dash of Tabasco sauce
½ tsp baking powder
1 stick butter, softened
1 ⅛ c. flour, sifted
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended, making a dough.
2. Roll into 1 inch balls and stuff with ¼ in. piece of cooked link sausage, olive or a peanut
3. Sprinkle tops with paprika
4. Bake at 450* for 7 min.

My mom always made these for party appetizers. She would not only stuff them with sausage or a peanut, she could stuff them with olives.
