4-6 pounds pork loin
4 apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 baking bag
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
small bottle BBQ sauce, Mauls

Directions:
Directions:
Oven to 325
Place flour in baking bag and shake. Place bag in a 9 X 13 inch pan. Add pork, apples, cranberries and BBQ sauce. Slit bag 5-6 times on top. Bake for 2 hours. Remove from oven, open bag. Remove pork and slice. Add brown sugar to bag. Serve pork with sauce.
