1 box White Cake Mix
1 c. shredded coconut
1 can Cream of Coconut

Topping:
1 small Cool Whip
3 T of Cream of Coconut
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box adding 1 c shredded coconut to the mix.

When cake cools poke holes in the top and pour can of Cream of Coconut (reserving 3 T).

Topping:
Mix together Cool Whip, 3 T of the Cream of Coconut and 1 C of Coconut.

This cake needs to be refrigerated after completed.
