Ingredients:  
1 lb Ground Chuck
3-4 Eggs
1/4 c. Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. Italian Cheese
1/4 tsp Garlic Flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Minced Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and make into balls.
Brown in fry pan.
Drop in sauce and let them simmer all day or eat them directly from fry pan.

I tend to double or triple this recipe to have many. Can never have enough of Grandma's meatballs. If you drop in the sauce to simmer, do not do this until the last hour or two. They will fall apart in the sauce.
