½ tsp. Salt
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine eggs and salt. Add flour by the cup until a stiff dough forms.

Prepare the counter top and rolling pin with flour. Roll out the dough until less than ¼ inch thick. Slice dough into rows and columns to form noodles. Allow to dry on counter for several hours.

Noodles can be used once dried or can be frozen in airtight containers.
