½ c. butter
½ c. margarine
½ c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
2 ¼ c flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ c. ground blanched almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and margarine until light, add sugar, creaming well until mixture is light and fluffy.
2. Stir in almond extract, add flour, salt and almonds, chill
3. Shape into balls the size of walnuts, place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350* for about 15 min.
4. Remove from pan, roll in powdered sugar and cool. After cookies are cool, roll again in powdered sugar.

Try mixing in a food processor.
