1 ½ Tbs. superfine sugar
2 Tbs. butter, cubed
2 Tbs. heavy cream
1 egg yolk
½ c. flour
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
unsweetened baking chocolate melted
finely chopped toffee

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, add cream, mix in egg yolk, sift flour and baking powder and add vanilla and mix well.

Use a pastry bag with a large fluted nozzle and pipe out 2-3 inch logs on a Teflon pad.

Bake at 325* for 15 to 20 min.

Cool on wire rack

Dip ends of the cookies in chocolate then immediately into toffee pieces.
