1 c Butter
⅔ c Sugar
½ c Corn Syrup
1 T Lemon Juice
1 Egg
4 c Flour
¼ tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Gradually add flour and salt. Chill 1 hour. On a floured surface, roll out dough ⅓ at a time to ⅛" thickness. Cut out cookies and place 1" apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool, and decorate.
