2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 c. butter
1 c. buttermilk
5 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together.

2. Add eggs and beat

3. Combine baking soda, salt and flour

4. Add dry ingredients and buttermilk, alternatively

5. Chill overnight or several hours (dough can be frozen)

6. Roll, cut and bake at 350* until just golden brown.
