Black Olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with an onion, garlic cloves, and salt. When it is cool, shred for the enchiladas.
Use the recipe for red chili and dilute with chicken broth. Granny would use the liquid from the chicken adding in chicken bullion for taste.
You're supposed to fry the tortillas in oil, then dip them in the sauce before filling with chicken and cheese...but Granny never does.
Soak tortilla in sauce then fill with chicken and cheese and then roll them.
Add a black olive before rolling to make Fish happy.
FIll up a baking sheet, pour sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350º until cheese is bubbly.
