1/3 cup cocoa
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
1.5 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1.5 cup water
1.5 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Mix dry ingredients first, then add everything together. Mix well bake until done.
