1 lb. Ground chuck
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
2 16 oz. Cans tomatoes, diced
2 6 oz. Cans tomato paste
1 1/2 t dried oregano, crushed
2 cups water
2 t salt
1 t sugar
1/2 t pepper
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat w/ onion and garlic. Stir in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and seasonings. Simmer uncovered for 30 mins; remove bay leaf. Serve over noodles.
