1 pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
1 box lemon flake cake mix
2/3 c oil
4 eggs
1 tsp lemon extract
1 c powdered sugar
1 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool. Mix with cake mix. Add 2/3 c oil, beat. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add lemon extract. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350º for 30 minutes.
Juice and zest lemon. Mix with 1 c. powdered sugar and spread over hot cake. Let cool. Better on the second day.
