1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
3 ripe bananas, ripe and mashed
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda, mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease loaf pan.

Cream butter and sugar until very light. Add beaten eggs and bananas.

Sift flour and salt together. Add to the butter and sugar mixture.

Add soda, vanilla and nuts.

Bake 1 hour in 325º oven.

Makes 1 9 x 5 loaf.
