2 Tablespoons Zesty Italian Dressing
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (10-3/4 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
¼ pound (4 ounces) Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 refrigerated pie crust (½ of 15-ounce package)
1 egg, lightly beaten

1. Preheat oven to 400º.
2. Heat dressing in large skillet.
3. Add chicken.
4. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Stir in vegetables, soup and Velveeta.
6. Spoon into a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
7. Unfold and place pie crust over chicken mixture.
8. Fold under edges of pastry, and press onto top of baking dish to seal.
9. Brush pastry with egg.
10. Cut several slits in top crust to permit steam to escape.
11. Place dish on baking sheet.
12. Bake 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
13. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
