3 egg whites (get eggs to room temperature)
1/8 tsp salt
3 1/2 Tbsp raspberry gelatin (Jello)
1/2 tsp vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Ass gelatin and sugar gradually. Beat until stiff peaks form and snd sugar is dissolved.

Mix in vinegar. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Bake for 25 minutes then turn oven off and leave cookies in oven for another 20 minutes.
