5 cups flour
2 cups + 2 Tablespoons butter Crisco
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, Crisco, baking powder, sugar and salt with a fork until it makes fine crumbs.
2. In a small bowl, mix egg, vinegar, and water.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Add to crumbs with a fork.
5. Make into five balls.
6. Roll out each with a little flour.
