⅔ cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package mint chocolate chips
1 cup flour
½ cup Hershey's cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend butter and sugar well.
2. Add egg and vanilla.
3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
4. Add dry mixture to blended mixture.
5. Add chocolate chips.
6. Bake 8-9 minutes at 350º.
