DRY INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground clove

1 1/2 cups Shortening (Crisco sticks)
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
First stir to combine dry ingredients.

Beat shortening and sugar, add eggs and molasses. Gradually add dry mixture.

Scoop into 2-inch balls Roll in sugar.

Bake at 350º until lightly brown/look done.
