8 slices bread, crust cut off and cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 dozen eggs, whipped
1/3 c. pure maple syrup
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place half cubed bread in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly sprinkle cubed cream cheese over bread crumbs. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Whip eggs, add maple syrup and milk, mixing well. Pour over top layer of bread cubes evenly. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 8.
