Nanny's Pie Dough
Ingredients
• 5 cups of Flour
• Tsp of Salt
• 2 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1 Lbs Tenderflake Lard
• 1 Egg
• Tbs of White Vinegar
• Milk & Water

Instructions
Place flour, Baking powder, and salt in bowl, Cut Tenderflake Lard into squares, add to flour and cut into until it looks like oatmeal. In separate measuring cup, Beat egg and add ~1 Tbs of White vinegar, then fill measuring cup to one cup by adding water and milk. (1/2 milk, 1/2 water BUT more milk).
Once it is all added and mixed together should feel like play-dough.
Then roll thin to thick will make too much crust to pie filling ratio.
