4 1/2 - 5 cups flour
3 large eggs
2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Heavy cream for sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the sour cream and eggs. In the large bowl of your mixer, put flour,salt, and baking powder. Stir until well blended.
Attach the paddle of your mixer and stir in the sour cream and egg mixture. Turn the mixer on low, and mix until dough starts to mix together.
Turn out onto flour surface,and knead dough until soft as pie dough. Cover and let rest for 20 - 30 min..
