1/3 c butter
4 tsp artificial sweetener
1/2 lb chopped dates
1 egg, beaten
1 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 salt
2 c Rice Krispies
1 oz unsweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, bring butter, sweetener, and dates to a boil.
In separate bowl mix egg, milk, vanilla, and salt.
Add to date mixture and boil for 2 minutes. Cool
Add Rice Krispies.
Using 1 tbs per cookie, shape mixture into balls.
Roll in coconut.
Refrigerate cookies until served.
