3 eggs
⅔ cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Your choice of food colorings 3 or 4 colors
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º and bake 10 minutes

Beat eggs; stir in oil, and vanilla. Blend in sugar until mixture thickens. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; blend in. Divide dough by how many colors you have and put into separate bowls and add food coloring. Take a little dough with the same spoon from each bowl and put onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with oiled bottom of glass dipped in sugar.

Remove from baking sheet immediately.
