1 12 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni 1 large block sharp cheddar cheese 1 sm. jar pimento 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. finely chopped pepper 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can sliced mushrooms
Cook macaroni but not overly because it will cook in the crock-pot. Add cheese first, mayonnaise, then remaining ingredients. Cook on low for about two hours in the crock-pot.
