1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2 1/4 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt

Preheat Oven to 370
Cream shortening and Sugar
Add Egg, Milk and Vanilla
Sift together flour. baking powder and salt
Add half of dry ingredients stir
Add remaining dry and stir with a wooden spoon.
