1/3 cup red wine vinegar,
1 teaspoon (or more) oregano,
1 clove minced garlic
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients in jar and shake well. Serve on salad of greens, green onion, tomato, cucumber, Greek olives, and crumbled Feta cheese.
