Ingredients:
1 ½ cups Flour
1 ½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Milk

Directions:
Directions:
For a single 8 or 9 inch crust.

Mix together into pie plate:
1 ½ cups Flour
1 ½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt

Combine in a measuring cup and whip with a fork:
½ cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Milk

Pour liquid all at once into center of flour mixture.
Mix with fork.
Press evenly with fingers to line bottom of sides of pan.
Bake as for filling used.

For shell, prick and bake in hot oven at 425º for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Things can be added to this pie shell while mixing;
for Pumpkin Pie, I add chopped walnuts
for Leon Meringue, add lemon zest
for Apple Pie, add cinnamon (and then you would use a crumb mixture for topping)
Use your imagination for other types of pie.

This is a never-fail, no-mess pie crust and is flaky and tender every time.
