3-4 lbs. potatoes (I fill my Dutch oven full) boiled, pealed and cubed
6 hard boiled eggs, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
½ onion, diced
1 jar bread and butter pickles, diced (reserve juice)


Dressing:
2 c. mayo
½ c. yellow mustard
3 T. sugar
3 T. apple cider vinegar
1 t. celery salt
1 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to large bowl, Mix dressing, tasting and adjusting accordingly.
Mix the dressing onto the salad mixture. Stir well. Add slowly the juice reserved from the pickles to the salad. You want it to be rather sauscy because the potatoes will absorb alot of the dressing. Place into an air tight container and garnish with a sprinkle of paparica. Keep refrigerated.
