1 can (15-16oz) whole tomatoes
1 small onion finely chopped
Bacon
Beans

Directions:
Clean and trim ends off beans. Cut beans into 1˝ inch pieces. Place beans in a 6 quart pot and set aside.

Cook bacon in medium size frying pan. Chop bacon into small pieces and set aside. Finely chop onion and sauté in same frying pan. Combine onion, bacon, and tomatoes in frying pan and sauté for 15 minutes.

Pour tomato mixture over clean cut beans. Cover the beans with water and simmer until the beans are soft.
