1 qt cranberries
2 oranges
2 small boxes raspberry Jello
3 C water
1½ C sugar
1 C each of chopped celery, chopped pecans, and diced apples
½ C drained crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the cranberries, oranges, and ⅛ of the orange rind in a food processor with medium blade. Put in pan with sugar and boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool. Dissolve the Jello in 3 cups boiling water. Refrigerate the Jello until partially congealed. Add the celery, nuts, apples, pineapple, and cranberry mixture. Pour into mold or 8x10 glass dish. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
