Cookie Dough
1 c butter (at room temperature)
¾ c vegetable oil
1 ¼ sugar
¾ c powdered sugar
2 tbs water
2 eggs
½ tsp baking soda
½ cream of tarter
1 tsp salt
5 ½ c flour

Sour Cream Frosting
½ c butter (room temperature)
¾ c sour cream
2 lbs powdered sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together first 5 ingredients.
2. Slowly add next 5 ingredients to mixture.
3. Roll into golf-sized balls
4. Put ¼ c sugar and pinch of salt on plate, stick bottom of glass into it and press down dough.
5. Bake 350º for 8 minutes. Cool cookies in fridge.
6. Mix all ingredients for frosting.

Key: Keep cookies cold and frosting at room temperature. If all needs refrigerated, set out before serving.
