6 medium potatoes, sliced thinly
2 Tbsp. flour, divided
1 tsp. salt
¼ Tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. Butter, divided
3 cups milk
chopped ham
Cheese, grated of choice
1 can French Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Put half the potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle with one Tbsp. flour, salt and pepper, dot with butter. Repeat with second layer; add milk until it is half way up the dish; add chopped ham, top with cheese.
Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover, top with French Onions and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or so until browned.
