1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 c boiling water
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 c ground raisins
1 tsp baking powder
Flour enough to drop from spoon

Mix ingredients
Add enough flour to be able to drop from spoon.
Drop from spoon to buttered tins and flatten with knife dipped in cold water.
