12 pounds pork shoulder
2 pounds calf or beef liver
2 pounds barley
1 large Bermuda onion
1 large garlic bulb
2 large dried loaves of white bread
2 bunches of marjoram
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork, liver, barley, onion, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper, then drain. (May prefer to cook barley separately due to long cooking time of meats) Put mixture with bread thru grinder and stuff in casings or plastic bags and freeze. Warm in broiler or fry pan and serve.
