Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
2. Place 3 cups of fruit in food processor and puree until all chunks are smooth.
3. Pour on a large baking sheet with silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
4. Bake of 6 hours until all the fruit mixture is dried.
5. Let cool completely and then roll the long way and cut into snack size strips.
6. Store in air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
