(18.25oz) pkg fudge brownie mix 2 large eggs 1/4C cocoa powder
1/3C butter, melted & cooled slightly 1C mini semisweet chocolate chips
16 chocolate sandwich cookies 1C white chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix and cocoa powder. Add eggs and butter, stirring until completely blended. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. Place a heaping tablespoon of brownie mixture on either side of a sandwich cookie. Gently press dough around cookie, pinching together at sides to completely enclose the cookie. Repeat with remaining cookies and brownie mixture. Place cookies on lightly coated cookie sheet about 3-inches apart. Top with the white chocolate chips. Bake until top is just set when touched, 11 to 14 minutes (they will look slightly underdone but will continue to set as they cool). Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
